These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and jilli88 ("jilli88," "we," "us," or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the jilli88 website located at jilli88.co and all associated services, products, games, and features offered thereon (collectively, the "Service").

jilli88 employs Know Your Customer ("KYC") procedures and age verification mechanisms as required by PAGCOR. All Users are required to submit valid government-issued Philippine identification documents for identity and age verification prior to the processing of any withdrawal. jilli88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account and forfeit associated balances where fraudulent age misrepresentation is identified. Any winnings generated prior to successful age verification remain subject to review and may be withheld pending compliance.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered account on jilli88. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and permanent exclusion from the platform.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a secure password. 3.2 Account Verification

jilli88 reserves the right to request documentary verification of your identity, age, address, and payment methods at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe specified by jilli88 may result in temporary account restriction or permanent closure.

3.3 Account Ownership and Non-Transferability

Your jilli88 account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or otherwise disposed of to any third party. You may not permit any other person to use your account credentials to access the Service. jilli88 accepts no responsibility for losses or damages arising from shared or transferred account access.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilli88 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access to your account.

• You must not disclose your password to any third party under any circumstances;
• jilli88 support staff will never request your password — any such request should be treated as a social engineering attempt and reported immediately;
• You must notify jilli88 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any suspected breach of security;
• jilli88 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.

jilli88 employs SSL encryption across all platform transactions and employs ongoing fraud and unusual activity monitoring. You are advised to enable optional two-factor authentication (2FA) available from your account settings to enhance account security.

jilli88 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya/PayMaya, QR Ph, GrabPay, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

5.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless a specific promotion specifies a higher minimum. There is no maximum deposit limit applicable across all payment methods; however, individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits, which shall take precedence.

5.2 Deposit Processing

GCash and Maya deposits are processed instantly and credited to your jilli88 balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers and other channels may take longer depending on the payment provider's processing schedule. jilli88 shall not be held responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.3 Payment Method Ownership

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

Withdrawals from your jilli88 account are processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. jilli88 targets a processing time of thirty (30) minutes for verified GCash and Maya withdrawal requests; however, this is a target and not a guaranteed service level.

6.1 Verification Requirement

Full KYC verification, including submission and approval of government-issued Philippine identification, must be completed before any withdrawal will be processed. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but may not withdraw.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may not exceed your available account balance;
• Active bonus balances or funds subject to wagering requirements are not withdrawable until all applicable conditions are met;

6.3 Fees

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which must be read in conjunction with these General Terms.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per eligible player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise specified;
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual offer terms;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each promotion;

7.2 Misuse of Bonuses

jilli88 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage, professional gambling strategies designed to circumvent bonus conditions, or collusion is identified. Determinations regarding bonus misuse are made at jilli88's sole discretion.

8.1 Random Number Generation

8.3 Malfunctions

All content on the jilli88 platform, including but not limited to the jilli88 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of jilli88 and/or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jilli88 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit: reproduction, distribution, or modification of any jilli88 content; use of jilli88 branding in any commercial context; screen capture or recording of live dealer game streams for distribution; or any use of jilli88 intellectual property beyond normal platform interaction.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilli88's total liability to any User for any claim arising from or related to the use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Loss of profit, revenue, or goodwill;
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failure, or third-party service interruptions;
• Losses arising from game outcomes that are the result of certified RNG processes;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

jilli88 processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

By registering on jilli88, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during registration, KYC verification, payment processing, gameplay activity, and customer support interactions.

jilli88 will not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal data with third parties except where required by law, where necessary for payment processing through authorised third-party providers, or where necessary for regulatory compliance including PAGCOR reporting requirements and AMLC reporting obligations.

jilli88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jilli88 will notify registered Users by email to the registered address on file, or through a notice displayed on the platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the amendment, except where changes are required by law or regulatory directive in which case they take immediate effect.

Your continued use of jilli88 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using jilli88 and may close your account by contacting support.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of jilli88, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through informal negotiation. Users with unresolved complaints should contact jilli88 support at the details provided in Section 16.

If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, or referred to the PAGCOR dispute resolution process where applicable under PAGCOR's regulatory framework.

jilli88 is subject to oversight by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) in its capacity as the national gaming regulatory authority. Users who believe jilli88 has violated its regulatory obligations may submit a formal complaint to PAGCOR directly.
